This position is for a prevention professional, motivated by the challenge of decarbonizing activities in an emerging industry.
In collaboration with the management committee, you will define and deploy the company’s HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) policy.
Detailed missions:
Guarantee compliance with regulations and liaise with external stakeholders (Administration, Consulting Engineer, Labor Inspection, …).
Develop the management program for the protection of people and property, accident prevention and environmental protection.
Ensure the integration of HSE prevention in a measurable and sustainable way in the managerial practices and work processes.
Participate in industrial equipment implementation projects to ensure that safety and environmental aspects are taken into account.
Coordinate the update of the mandatory documents.
Organize and manage audits, propose corrective actions.
Ensure internal communication on these areas, training of employees and awareness actions.
> The profile
You have an engineering degree or university master’s degree in the field of HSE or industrial risk management.
You are familiar with ISO45001 and 14001 standards and with ATEX, ICPE and risk analysis;
You have a proven experience (minimum 5 years) on similar activities and ideally in an industrial environment.
Your level of English and French allows you to work in a multicultural environment.
You have a good capacity to adapt to different interlocutors (international context)
You are mobile for occasional trips in the network (France and Europe).
