> The position
In an international context, the Sales Administration Manager is the key contact of the customers and is accountable of customer satisfaction from order to payment.
Missions :
- Ensure regular contact with the customers of the commercial actions offered by the sales managers.
- Be the commercial referent for questions related to sales through the ERP (computer system) of HYVIA.
- Ensure the validation, processing and follow-up of orders (HYVIA direct sales).
- Inform customers about availability and delays.
- Carry out the invoicing of the vehicles.
- Ensure the follow-up of unpaid invoices.
- Handle disputes and claims.
- Ensure the management and update of the customer database with the support of the sales managers and the sales director.
- Participate in the monthly sales and volume allocation meeting.
- Update the sales dashboard with the sales managers, perform regular sales analyses and ensure reporting for the HYVIA Board of Directors.
> The profile
You have significant experience in sales administration, ideally in the automotive industry and/or in an international context.
You have strong software skills including Microsoft Office and ideally of ERP tools.
The essential qualities for this position are: curiosity, rigour and a good sense of communication. You also have excellent customer relations skills.
English and French speaking are necessary.
